
Job Objectives
Promote Company’s professional services to Company’s targeted customers in accordance with the set plan, in order to retain existing customers and attract targeted ones with a view to expand our customers database on an ongoing basis.
The following tools will help achieve the above job objectives:
- MS Customer Relationship Management.
- The Company’s website.
- Services’ monthly promotion plan.
In order to achieve the job objectives, the following has to be attained:
- Understand the Company’s clearly and simply.
- Positive interaction with customers during the phone conversations or interviews at the Company’s headquarters, and define their various needs and requirements.
- Update customers’ information regularly on MS Customer Relationship Management.
Job Roles
- Implement work monthly plan approved by the Unit Head.
- Provide monthly progress report on the work plan.
- Any other duties that may be assigned to the job incumbent in the course of working within the Unit.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.

Experience
Hands-on experience of 2 – 3 years in the same field.
