
Job Objectives
The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Job Roles

Office Support Services
- Manage Managing Partner’s Calendar
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
- Format according to Company’s branding standards and print all departmental deliverables.
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
- Prepare correspondence, stuff mail into envelopes, and coordinate with administrative affairs for submission.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departmental staff.
- Coordinate with accounts section for issuing invoices to clients based on departments’ requests.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence in both hardcopies and softcopies.
- Handle office stationary requests from administrative affairs.
- Operate office equipment, such as printers and scanner.
- Receive and relay telephone messages.
- Handle information requests with other concerned departments.
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
-
Experience
- 10 years in secretarial and administrative support.
- Preferably out of which 2 years in a consulting or audit firm.

Technical Skills

- English and Arabic Languages – Knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Arabic languages including the meanings and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Administration and Management – Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Computer – Knowledge of computer Microsoft applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project.
