Client’s Complaints

Baker Tilly Consulting Company (W.L.L.) is licensed by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) to act as an investment advisor. Thus, a customer complaints form has been prepared in accordance with the relevant instructions of the Capital Markets Authority. Therefore, you can submit your complaint, if any, by following the below steps:

  1. Download the customer complaints form (click here).
  2. Send the form along with its attachments through any of the following methods:
